Permanent Residence Permits for Ukraine and the Ukrainian State Enterprise “DOCUMENT”

Permanent Residence Permit in Ukraine can now be obtained/exchanged by foreigners or stateless persons in the offices of Ukrainian State Enterprise “DOCUMENT” abroad in the following countries:

Warsaw, Poland
Berlin, Germany
Bratislava, Slovakia
Madrid, Spain
Istanbul, Turkey

Coming soon: Prague, Czech Republic

It is possible to obtain the service in case of:👇

loss or theft of a Residence Permit;
unsuitability of the Residence Permit for further use;
attainment by a foreigner or a stateless person of 25 or 45 years of age (in case if the Resident Permit issued to the foreigner or stateless person does not contain a contactless electronic device);
failure to obtain already produced Resident Permit due to martial law imposed on the territory of Ukraine.

It is mandatory to have a certified translation of the passport into Ukrainian.

For the period of testing the system, service is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis.
